If your certificate is more than year a old, provide your update certificate to validate your certificate.

As part of the process of completing registration  we would need to  confirm your right to work in the UK. We'll need either a copy of your passport, a valid visa, or a biometric ID/residence card.

DBS (England): We require an uploaded copy of your enhanced DBS certificate and your DBS Update Service ID. If your certificate is over a year old and you are not registered with the update service, read here and get in touch with Admin to assist you with the process of getting a new one.

If you in Scotland we require you to upload your PVG certificate.

We require two forms of references letter as part of your application.

Your referees could be: 

1. A workplace reference, this could also include a previous or current place of work

2.  A personal reference would be accepted as your second reference. Personal reference letter should be a character reference from someone that can attest your character.
