We run CareDial with a mixture of talents, both volunteers, interns and full-time employees. We welcome working with various people with different skills who can make a difference in the healthcare industry. We have a volunteering culture in helping gain experience in the healthcare industry, while giving back with any professional skill that will impact the growth of the care receiver and caregiver through CareDial.
Our partnership with Universit
CareDial is a registered social enterprise with activities geared toward giving back to the users of our Platform and the larger community. Our projects focus on creating disruptive software solutions that are inclusive of fairness to users and positively impact communities. We share this vision by allowing volunteers to imprint their mark as we journey through disruptive change with technology in different industries, primarily health care.

The beauty of volunteering is that you get to make an impact, experience new skills, and put your stamp on new projects.
UX/UI Designer
UX/UI Designer
We are looking for someone with UX/UI design skills who could assist in designing our volunteers and charity section of our platform, as well as continue the expansion project of CareDial.
We would work with someone who wants to see their work in a live environment and have the time to commit to doing the project.
We are looking for someone experience working with designing on Figma or similar.

Good at understanding users' needs and empathizing

Experience with building scalable, intuitive, meaningful but also beautiful solutions.

Experience with creating conceptual ideas and refining them into a useful and valuable product experience.

A good experience of UX / UI principles for mobile app and web application.

What difference ?
With your experience and input, you will have the opportunity to direct the way users interact with our services on the platform. Your work will be in a live environment, making an impact on a local community. You will assist to get the services needed to support both carers and carer receivers in local communities.
Your role will help increase and champion a better way to manage health care services with the advancement and support of technology.
Benefit to the Volunteer
This role would suit someone who has experienced and is passionate about making an impact in local communities. We would be happy for the volunteer to take charge and credit for all the work they carry during volunteering in this role. We are also open to any other suggestions from the volunteer on what they would like to get in return for their volunteered skills and time.
