  • What photo should I use for my profile?
    Having a good first impression is crucial, and having a clear, well-lit headshot with a neutral background is essential. Service users are more likely to notice your profile if you look friendly and approachable. That's why having a recent, high-quality photo that showcases your personality and makes you shine is crucial to standing out.
  • What is the difference between the carers type
    "IPAC" stands for "Independent Personal Assistance Carer." As an IPAC, your role is to be the main and primary caregiver for a care receiver. You can work with one or multiple cover buddies (CBIPAC) to provide self-centered care support to the service support care user under your existing contract. With our service, you can manage all your care services in one place. "CBIPAC" stands for Cover Buddy Independent Personal Assistance Carer. As a CBIPAC, you work alongside an IPAC to support the service super care user. You may take on various subcontracts and emergency jobs and manage all of your services in one place using the CareDial platform."

  • What training and documents do I need to get started as an independent carer?

  • What to expect on the welcome video call?
    Upon approval on the Care Dial platform, every carer will have a scheduled video interview call within the web app. Our experienced on-boarding team will verify your DBS and upload documents beforehand. During the call, we'll review your carer experience and profile to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. Be sure to note any questions you may have, as our team is happy to assist. Find a quiet location with a stable network connection. Once your profile is verified, you can apply directly to clients for work on the Care Dial platform.
  • ​Can I join CareDial while working elsewhere?
    Yes, no problem. With CareDial, you're 100% in control of your hours, service contracts and rates. Find out how much you can earn.   • How much can i set my per hour rate ?
    As a self-employed Carer on the Care Dial platform, you can set your own preferred per-hour rates. You can earn as little or as much income as possible by managing your care clients based on your availability. We at Care Dial say you can set your rate up to £17 per hour or more.   • How do I apply to a Support Advert jobs on Care Dial?
    After you are approved and active on the Care Dial Webapp, you can apply to care-seeking service user clients. The platform Service User section shows you new opportunities that match your skills and expertise. A brief summary of what kind of support the service user is looking profile is available on the Care Opportunities page. By clicking on the profile, you can view the client's care plan, required skills and specialisms, and the location for care delivery. To apply, simply assess the care requirements and click on Apply. Enter your desired hourly rate and your profile will be visible to the client. If the client finds you suitable, they will contact you through the app to arrange a video call to discuss your application.
  • How do I get paid?
    With CareDial, 100% of your earnings go into your bank account. We skip the 12.5% fees + VAT and commission on every transaction you typically pay on other care platforms.
